•Rhassoul clay is naturally organic and mined from ancient deposits deep within the Morocco Atlas Mountains.It is formed as a result of natural geothermal processes and volcanic activity. It is mineral rich and natural detoxifying to the skin. Rhassoul Clay lessens dryness, enhances skin clarity and elasticity and has extractive abilities to get those unwanted skin impurities out by removing dead skin cells, leaving you with smooth radiant Aphrodite skin with its wonderful anti-aging properties. The clay contains silicon, Magnesium, iron, sodium, potassium, lithium, and trace elements.
•I have hand powdered organic pink rose petals to blend into the beauty clay to invoke Aphrodite and gently exfoliate your gorgeous skin. Rose has long been associated with this goddess of love and beauty and used all throughout ancient history for a plethora of beauty routines and magical love spells. Rose invites feelings of euphoria and sanctity to your weekly beauty routine, the smell alone, to most, can calm the nerves and ease tensions that comes from the daily grind of a busy work week.
•I have also hand powdered organic cranberries to also gently exfoliate your skin and offer you and your beautiful skin a little magical protection, cranberries, with their intensely red color evoke the feelings of being protected and loved. They also add vitamin C and are naturally anti-bacterial and antioxidant.
•With your Aphrodite clay mask comes a 2oz bottle of Organic Rose Hydrosol, use this mixture little by little with just one tablespoon of clay until the desired consistency is reached, please keep your bottle of Rose Hydrosol in the refrigerator and it will last many months to come. I like to dab a little of the rose hydrosol on my face after I wash the mask off as well, this hydrosol will also be sold separately in case you run out. This is a gentle and beautiful fragrant floral water with no added essential oil, it is lovely and slightly moisturizing.
•All of these beautiful ingredients have been brought together in a communion of love, sang to and given a proper blessing. This mixture is a beautiful light colored red that will not stain your skin, the more it dries the more beautiful it gets as it turns a lovely mauve color.
•When you apply your mask it goes on like a soft clay with a mild graininess to it because of the roses and cranberries, leave it on until it dries, this will feel a bit tight and stretchy on your skin, which is completely normal and part of the process.. To rinse off, re-wet your face and scrub until the clay comes off. If you are prone to have very sensitive and reactive skin, please do a small test patch on your inner left arm, while all the ingredients are natural and organic, everyone is different in how they react or do not react.
