•Mulled wine, also known as glühwein is a traditional warm winter drink that people have been enjoying for centuries. Mulling Spices began as a means to make the bitter wine and ale taste better and be more fragrant and pleasing to the senses in the cold winter months, while also adding a boost to the immune system with powerful spices.
•I also carry the same recipe for Mabon Mulling Spices and thought it would be nice to have a bag that could be useful for the cold Winter months.

•••There are so many ways to enjoy these Mulling Spices•••
-These spices make great Yule gifts when accompanied with a bottle of Red Wine, Brandy or Rum.
-Make a very Ancient Mulled Wine drink by warming up Red or White Wine and add about 4 tablespoons of spices per bottle of wine, low simmering for about 20 minutes then add a little bit of Brandy or Rum. Cut up fresh orange slices for extra flavor and a beautiful look~ I also like to add a fresh cinnamon stick to each drink to stir things up a bit.
-Make a traditional Wassail or cozy fall drink by bringing apple juice or apple cider to a low boil and Steep 1 Tablespoon of Mulling Spices in muslin bag for 30 minutes within the Brew. Add spirits of your choice.
-Add to Stews or Sauces for a Spicy Fall Flavor, add 1 tablespoon to Muslin bag and toss in.
-Simmer in a Cauldron or pot on the Stove to fill your home with the warm scent of Autumn by placing 1 tablespoon in a small simmering pan for hours, making sure to replenish your water often.
-Drink your Mulling Spices as a Tea by Steeping for 1 teaspoon for 20 minutes. Be sure to add delicious Honey!
